Scheduling differs between our established pickup markets and other cities, and we set that out honestly at scoping. Do you have a nationwide logistics fleet? No, and we will not claim one. Can you work around a lease expiry or handover date? Yes. Give us the handover date at first contact and collection is scheduled backwards from it, in phases where the volume or site access requires it. How is documentation handled across sites? The same record is completed and signed at each premises before the vehicle leaves, then consolidated into one combined report alongside the individual site documents. Who handles building access and gate passes? We prepare access paperwork in advance of each collection rather than discovering requirements at the gate.
