E-Waste Recycling in Mumbai.

Free e-waste pickup for offices, societies and homes in Mumbai, recycled through an MPCB-authorised facility with a Form 6 manifest and a recycling certificate.

The short answer

PrivAce Technologies collects e-waste across Mumbai and recycles it through Greenlife Ewaste Recycling Pvt. Ltd., an MPCB-authorised recycler. Pickup is free, there is no minimum quantity, and every lot moves under a Form 6 manifest. Data-bearing items are destroyed first and certified.

Pickup in Mumbai usually happens 1 to 3 working days after a confirmed list.

Local detail

E-waste in Mumbai.

Mumbai is Maharashtra's largest commercial centre, and a lot of its office e-waste still leaves informally. Housekeeping staff hand old printers and UPS units to the building scrap dealer, and nobody records it. For a company, that is a compliance gap. The E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2022 expect bulk consumers to hand e-waste only to registered recyclers or refurbishers.

We collect office e-waste across the city on scheduled routes: printers, UPS units, cables, phones, networking gear, monitors and old appliances, alongside IT. Everything is weighed, listed and moved under a Form 6 manifest to Greenlife's MPCB-authorised facility.

Documents

The paperwork you should receive.

Form 6 manifest. The movement document for e-waste. It records what left your premises, when, and which authorised recycler received it.

Certificate of E-Waste Recycling. Issued after processing. It proves the hardware was recycled through an authorised channel.

Certificate of Destruction. Issued for data-bearing items. It proves the data was destroyed, by which method and when. A recycling certificate alone says nothing about data. See annotated samples.
