How it runs
Five steps, agreed in writing.
- Scope. Send a list or photos. We confirm equipment, sites, data handling and the documents your audit needs, in writing.
- Assess. A free inspection at your site, usually within 24 to 48 hours in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune.
- Quote. A written, itemised quotation within 1 to 2 working days of the inspection.
- Pay, then collect. The agreed amount reaches your account before pickup. Pickup follows within 1 to 3 working days, anywhere in India, under a Form 6 manifest.
- Destroy and document. Data destroyed onsite or at the facility, then the erasure reports, Certificate of Destruction and Certificate of E-Waste Recycling.

Yes. Multi-site pickups are planned as one job with one set of documents. Pickup is free in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune, and quoted with the job elsewhere in India.
Yes. Share it at scoping. We agree the method per media type, onsite or offsite destruction, and the records you need before the job starts.
The current ISO certificates and MPCB consent held by our parent company, Greenlife Ewaste Recycling Pvt. Ltd., sample certificates and a written process description. All of it is listed in the Trust Centre.
Before pickup. Once you accept the quotation, the agreed amount is credited to your company account before anything leaves your premises.
