Privacy Notice
How PrivAce Technologies collects, uses and protects personal data on this website, written for the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025.

1. Who we are
This website, privace.in, is run by PrivAce Technologies, the Enterprise ITAD Division of Greenlife Ewaste Recycling Pvt. Ltd. For personal data collected through this website, we are the Data Fiduciary under the DPDP Act.

2. Who to contact about your data
Questions, requests and complaints about personal data go to Ajmal Khan, Head of Strategy and Operations, at connect@privace.in (subject line “Personal data request”) or +91 973 973 2048, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 8 PM.
3. What we collect and why

You give us form data voluntarily for a specific purpose: getting a reply about your IT equipment. We use it only for that purpose, the related job if you proceed, and our legal and tax records. We do not sell personal data, use it for unrelated marketing, or use it to train AI models.
4. Cookies and analytics
We use two analytics tools to see which pages help visitors and where pages need work. They do not identify you by name, and we do not use them for advertising.
- Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) may set cookies such as
_gaand_ga_*to count visits and see how people move between pages. - Microsoft Clarity shows us how pages are used, for example where visitors stop scrolling. It may set cookies such as
_clckand_clsk, along with Microsoft cookies such asMUID. Clarity masks text you type into forms.
You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings at any time, or use Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. The site works the same either way. If you would like us to delete analytics data linked to your visit, write to connect@privace.in.
We do not run advertising or retargeting campaigns from this website.
5. Service providers who handle data for us
- EmailJS delivers form submissions to our inbox and sends you an acknowledgement.
- Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Maps) and Microsoft (Clarity), only for the purposes above.
- Hostinger hosts this website.
- WhatsApp, if you choose to message us there.
Some of these providers process data outside India, which the DPDP Act permits unless the Government restricts transfers to a particular country.
6. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for at least one year, as the DPDP Rules require, and for as long as we need them for your enquiry, any job that follows and our legal and tax records. When they are no longer needed, we delete them.
7. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct, complete or update it;
- erase it, where we no longer need to keep it;
- withdraw consent you gave, as easily as you gave it;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you in case of death or incapacity.
Send requests to the contact in section 2. We may ask you to confirm your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days, and always within the 90 days the DPDP Rules allow.
8. Grievances
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, write to the contact in section 2 with the subject line “Grievance”. We will acknowledge it, investigate and reply within the same timelines. If you are still not satisfied, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. How we protect it
This site is served only over HTTPS. Form data goes to a small team with a business need to see it. We apply the same discipline we sell: access control, and deletion when data is no longer needed.
10. Data on devices you give us
When you hand us IT equipment, any data on it is destroyed, not read, copied or recovered. Drives are wiped with verified software or physically destroyed, and you receive certificates. For that data we act on your instructions as your Data Processor. See how it works and sample certificates.
11. Children
This website is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes to this notice
If we change how we use personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
