The short answer
IT leasing and rental companies need three things from a disposal partner: data destroyed before a device is redeployed or sold, proof for every customer that their data is gone, and a fair price for stock they will not lease again. PrivAce wipes drives with licensed software and an erasure report per drive, buys surplus units with payment before pickup, and recycles the rest through Greenlife’s MPCB-authorised plant.

It comes back to the leasing company, which redeploys it, sells it or recycles it. Before any of that, the data from the customer’s use has to be destroyed, and the leasing company needs proof that it was.
Yes. Drives are wiped with licensed Blancco or BitRaser software, and each wiped drive gets an erasure report with its serial number. The device stays usable.
Yes. Units that you do not plan to redeploy are priced item by item on model and condition, and paid for before pickup.
Yes. Collections across many sites are planned as one job, with documents organised by customer or by contract.
