Records

What we record, and what we do not claim.

On every job

  • Equipment listed by category and count, with weight where it applies
  • Data-bearing equipment identified and kept apart
  • A Form 6 e-waste manifest signed at your premises before the vehicle leaves
  • The receiving facility signs the same manifest on arrival
  • A Certificate of E-Waste Recycling within 7 working days of pickup

For data-bearing media

  • Wiped drives: an erasure report per drive from licensed Blancco or BitRaser software, with the drive serial, method, date and result
  • Degaussed or shredded media: a Certificate of Destruction stating the method and the date
  • Onsite destruction: certificates issued before our team leaves
  • Offsite destruction: certificates within 2 working days of processing

When your audit needs more

  • Serial or asset-tag lists recorded at your site before pickup, agreed in writing in advance
  • Destruction at your premises, witnessed by your IT or security team
  • Your own handover form signed alongside ours

What we do not claim

  • No GPS tracking or live client portal
  • No claim of NIST certification: NIST publishes guidelines and does not certify vendors
  • No certifications in PrivAce’s own name: they are Greenlife’s, shown above with numbers and dates

Asset tags are usually removed once equipment is handed over, so tell us before pickup if you need tag-level reconciliation.
