What we see most often.
Every site does it differently. When each branch disposes of its own equipment, some use a scrap buyer, some keep it in a cupboard, and nobody can show the full picture.
Branch equipment holds data. CCTV recorders, passbook and receipt printers, biometric devices and routers all store data and are often missed.
Small quantities get no paperwork. Three devices from a branch rarely come with a certificate. Across a hundred branches, that is a real gap.

- One quotation. Itemised by site, with payment before pickup for anything with resale value.

- Same data rules at every site. Destruction onsite where policy requires, otherwise at the facility.
