The short answer
PrivAce Technologies buys used company phones and tablets: iPhones and iPads, Samsung Galaxy and other Android devices, and rugged handhelds from Zebra and Honeywell. Devices must be released from Activation Lock, Google Factory Reset Protection and your MDM first. Each one is then erased with verification, or destroyed if it cannot be.
No minimum quantity. Payment before pickup. Data destroyed before resale, with a certificate.

Identify your model
The three locks to release.
Activation Lock. An iPhone or iPad with Find My switched on cannot be set up by anyone else. Sign the device out of the Apple Account, or release it from Apple Business Manager if it is company-managed.Factory Reset Protection. An Android device reset without first removing the Google account asks for that account again. Remove the account before the reset.Mobile device management. Retire each device in your MDM (Intune, SOTI, Jamf, Workspace ONE or similar) so it does not re-enrol for the next owner.
Why a reset is enough here: modern phones encrypt their storage, and a factory reset destroys the encryption key. Done with verification and a record per device, that is a recognised erasure method. A reset with no verification and no record is not, which is the point of our factory reset article.
Once the locks are released, each device is erased with a verified reset before resale. Devices that cannot be reset are destroyed, with a certificate.

How to prepare the devices.
- Remove SIM and memory cards.
- Release Activation Lock, remove Google accounts and retire devices in your MDM.
- Send a list with models and IMEI or serial numbers.
- Pack chargers if you have them.

We can collect them, but nobody can set up a locked iPhone. Release it from Find My or Apple Business Manager first.
Each device is reset with verification after the locks are released. Devices that cannot be reset are physically destroyed. You get a certificate for the destroyed devices.
