Onsite assessment: Free; usually within 24 to 48 hours in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune
Quotation: Within 1 to 2 working days of the inspection

Form 6 e-waste manifest: Signed before the vehicle leaves
Data destruction certificate: Same day onsite, 2 working days offsite

How quickly will you reply?

We usually reply or call back within 1 to 2 working hours, and within 3 working hours at most. Messages sent before we open are answered by 11 AM. Sunday messages are answered on Monday morning.

What should we send with the first message?

Photos and a rough list: device types, brands, approximate quantity, condition and your location. WhatsApp is fine. No spreadsheet needed.

Is the assessment really free?

Yes. The inspection visit and the written quotation cost nothing and commit you to nothing, for companies and individuals alike.

Do you cover our city?

Very likely. We have served 497 cities across India from our office in Andheri East, Mumbai. Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune get free scheduled pickup; elsewhere we quote logistics with the assessment and follow the same process.

Is there a minimum quantity?

No. A single laptop is fine, and so is a 1,000-unit refresh.

Can we visit your office?
