Sell Old Office Printers and Copiers, With the Hard Disk Wiped.

Laser printers, multifunction printers and copiers collected from offices across India. Any stored documents are erased or the drive is destroyed before the machine leaves our control.

The short answer

PrivAce Technologies buys and collects used office printers, multifunction printers (MFPs) and copiers from HP, Canon, Ricoh, Kyocera, Xerox, Konica Minolta, Sharp, Brother and Epson. Many copiers and enterprise MFPs keep a hard disk or SSD with scanned and copied documents, so that storage is wiped or destroyed with a certificate before resale or recycling.

No minimum quantity. Payment before pickup. Data destroyed before resale, with a certificate.

Why a copier is a data risk.

Most office copiers and many enterprise MFPs contain a hard disk or SSD. It can hold scanned documents, copy and print jobs, fax logs, address books, email settings and network passwords.

Manufacturers include an overwrite or data erase function for end of life. We run that function, or remove the drive and destroy it. Either way, the machine appears on your certificate.

If a copier is leased or on a managed print contract, check your agreement before selling: the unit may belong to the dealer. We buy machines you own.

The model number and serial are on the label, usually inside the front door or on the back. A page count report helps us prepare the quotation.
