Share photos and details

What you tell us: Device types, brands, rough quantity, condition, location and your data destruction requirement. Photos on WhatsApp are fine.
What we tell you: A first view of scope and timing, usually within 1 to 2 working hours.
Why it matters: You know what will happen before anything moves.

Free inspection

Our team visits to inspect the equipment and survey the site, free of charge, for companies and individuals. Every device is assessed individually for model and condition, not priced in bulk by weight.
Why it matters: If a device count is ever questioned, there is a record, not a memory.

Quotation in 1 to 2 working days

You receive a written, itemised quotation. Small lots are often priced on the spot. Working business laptops three to five years old usually recover 10% to 25% of their original price.
Why it matters: Every unit is valued on its own specification, never by weight.

Price agreed, payment first

Once you accept, the agreed amount is credited to your account before anything leaves your premises.
Why it matters: You never hand over company assets against a promise, and finance can sign off with the money already received.

Pickup, data destruction and certificates

We collect within 1 to 3 working days of the agreed price with a signed Form 6 manifest. Devices move under chain of custody to our parent company’s MPCB-authorised facility, and data is destroyed before any resale or recycling, onsite if your policy requires it.
What you receive: Data destruction certificates the same day onsite or within 2 working days offsite, and the Certificate of E-Waste Recycling within 7 working days of pickup.
