How It Works

Here's Exactly What Happens to Your Equipment, Step by Step.

No vague promises — a documented, chain-of-custody process from the moment we're contacted to the moment you hold a certificate.

The Six Steps

Each Step Produces a Record, Not a Reassurance.

01

Assessment

What you tell us: Device count, type, condition, and your data destruction requirement.
What we tell you: A clear scope, a timeline, and — if there's recoverable value in the batch — an honest estimate of what that could offset.
Why it matters: No surprises later. You know what's happening before anything leaves your building.
02

Pickup

Scheduled at your convenience, on-site at your office. Every device is logged individually before it's moved — model, serial number, condition — not counted in bulk and taken on faith.
Why it matters: If a device count is ever questioned, there's a record, not a memory.
03

Secure Transport

Devices move under chain-of-custody from your premises to our processing partner's facility. Nothing sits unaccounted for between pickup and arrival.
Why it matters: This is the gap most disposal vendors skip past — and where devices most commonly go missing or get diverted informally.
04

Data Destruction

Certified software wiping, physical hard disk destruction, or both — matched to what you specified at assessment. This happens before any recycling, resale, or recovery step, without exception.
Why it matters: Sequence matters. Data destruction happening first, not “eventually,” is what makes the rest of the process defensible.
05

Certification

You receive a Certificate of Destruction — serialised, dated, and specific to your batch.
Why it matters: This is the artifact that closes the loop. Keep it on file; it's your proof if the question ever comes up again.
06

Value Recovery

Where devices have recoverable value — through resale, component recovery, or our Corporate Buyback programme — that value is assessed and applied against your service cost.
Why it matters: You're not writing off equipment that still had worth.
What Makes This Different

Most Vendors Compress This Into One Sentence. We Don't.

If a company can only tell you “we collect and recycle responsibly,” ask them what happens between steps 2 and 4 — the transport and destruction sequence. That's usually where the actual risk lives, and it's the part most sites in this market skip entirely.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Most assessments are scheduled within 24–48 hours of your request. Pickup and certification timelines depend on volume and device type.
Yes — on-site destruction and witnessed destruction can be arranged for organizations with stricter compliance requirements. Ask us during assessment.
Every device is logged individually at pickup and tracked under chain-of-custody through to destruction — this is precisely why we document each step instead of handling batches on trust.
Both. You receive device-level records within a consolidated batch report.
The core sequence is the same, but server and networking equipment often needs additional on-site handling, which we scope during assessment.
