Reverse logistics is the coordinated movement of retired equipment from where it sits back to a processing facility. For a company with offices in several cities, the difficulty is rarely the disposal itself — it is running one consistent process across every site so the documentation adds up to something an auditor can read.

A single office retiring equipment is a straightforward job. Ten offices retiring equipment is a different problem, and it is not ten times harder — it is harder in a different way.
What goes wrong is almost never the collection. It is that each site handles it locally, with a different vendor, on a different date, producing a different document in a different format. Twelve months later the compliance team is asked to evidence the organisation’s IT disposal control and finds nine partial records and one site that used a scrap dealer.

How we coordinate it
One scope, one contact. A single assessment covering every site, and one person you deal with throughout rather than a local contact per city.
Site-by-site scheduling. Collection dates arranged around each location’s access constraints — gate passes, service-lift bookings, material outward approvals, SEZ procedures where they apply.
Consistent recording at every site. The same document completed and signed at each premises before the vehicle leaves, so no site becomes the gap.
Consolidated reporting. One combined record across the programme, alongside the individual site documents, so the compliance file reads as one exercise rather than ten unrelated ones.

Everywhere else in India — Bengaluru (Bangalore), Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi NCR including Gurugram and Noida, Ahmedabad, Kolkata and other cities — we assess the requirement and arrange collection based on volume, location and project scope. The data destruction process and the documentation you receive are identical wherever we collect; only the scheduling differs.
