PrivAce Technologies provides IT asset disposition across Navi Mumbai — free pickup of retired laptops, desktops, servers and networking equipment, certified data destruction before anything is recycled or resold, and a Certificate of Destruction for your compliance file. Processing runs through Green Life E Waste Recycling Pvt Ltd, our MPCB-authorized, ISO-certified partner.
Pickup is typically scheduled within 24–48 hours of a confirmed device list. Minimum five units, no maximum.
These are the Navi Mumbai localities on our regular collection route. If your office is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — ask.
We also cover Thane, Pune, Andheri, BKC and Bandra, Powai and Vikhroli and Lower Parel and Worli. See all service areas.
Navi Mumbai’s corporate IT sits in a small number of dense pockets — the Mahape and Rabale MIDC belt, the Airoli IT parks, and the Belapur–Vashi commercial strip. That concentration works in your favour: most pickups here are single-visit jobs, and a floor-by-floor decommission in an Airoli park is logistically simpler than the same volume spread across three South Mumbai buildings.
The complication is building access. IT parks and MIDC premises typically require a gate pass, a material outward gate pass, and named-vehicle entry approval. We prepare that paperwork before arrival rather than discovering it at the gate — which is the usual reason a scheduled pickup slips a week.
Sector mix matters too. Navi Mumbai carries a heavier concentration of BPO floors, back-office banking operations and pharma manufacturing IT than the island city does. All three are regulated environments where the disposal record is the thing that gets asked for in an audit — not the disposal itself.
IT Heads, Admin and Facilities Managers, and Compliance Officers at organisations of roughly 200 employees and up — the people who own the question “where did those devices go?”
High-density desktop and thin-client floors in Airoli and Mahape, usually retired in batches of 100–500 on a fixed refresh calendar.
Operations and processing centres where the disposal record has to survive an internal audit, not just clear the storeroom.
MIDC-belt plants with a mix of office IT, lab-attached workstations and older server hardware.
Most Navi Mumbai organisations are not choosing between two vendors. They are choosing between a transaction and a process.
| What you get | Informal scrap sale | Documented ITAD with PrivAce |
|---|---|---|
| Record of what left the building | Usually none | Documented handover and manifest |
| Where the equipment ends up | Untracked after handover | MPCB-authorized recycler, named on the paperwork |
| Data on media-bearing devices | Buyer’s discretion | Wiped or physically destroyed first |
| Proof after processing | Nothing on file | Certificate of Destruction |
| Non-working equipment | Often refused or left behind | Collected on the same terms |
| What an auditor sees | A gap in the disposal control | A dated document trail |
This compares process, not operators. Plenty of authorized recyclers do careful work — the difference that matters is whether the disposal leaves a record you can produce twelve months later.
The same six steps run whether you are retiring five units or five hundred. See the full process in detail, or read what an auditor actually looks for on our page for compliance teams.

Learn moreNo. Pickup, packing and transport across Navi Mumbai are free. Some retired assets carry recovery value and some do not — either way, the collection cost sits with us, not with you.
Once you send a device list and we confirm scope, pickup is usually scheduled within 24–48 hours. Where an IT park requires a gate pass or material outward approval, we prepare that before the vehicle is scheduled.
Five units. There is no maximum — a single storeroom clear-out and a 500-device refresh go through the same documented process.
A Certificate of Destruction covering the data destruction, plus the statutory e-waste manifest recording what left your site, when, and to which authorized recycler. Where a client needs device-level detail we provide it; where a consignment-level record is enough, we provide that.
Yes, for scheduled pickups. Those areas are on our regular Navi Mumbai route; for smaller volumes we may consolidate the pickup with another job in the same week.
