Certified Data Destruction
Software wiping and physical destruction, documented.
Learn moreFree pickup from the head offices, media houses and corporate towers of the Lower Parel–Worli belt — scheduled around building access, not against it.
PrivAce Technologies provides IT asset disposition across Lower Parel, Worli, Dadar, Parel and Prabhadevi — free pickup of retired IT equipment, certified data destruction before recycling or resale, and a Certificate of Destruction for your compliance file.
Pickup is typically scheduled within 24–48 hours. Building access windows and service-lift booking are arranged before the vehicle is dispatched.
These are the Lower Parel & Worli localities on our regular collection route. If your office is not listed, it is almost certainly still covered — ask.
We also cover Navi Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Andheri, BKC and Bandra and Powai and Vikhroli. See all service areas.
The Lower Parel–Worli belt is head-office Mumbai. Former mill land turned into commercial towers, occupied by corporate headquarters, media groups, advertising networks, banks and consultancies. The IT that comes out of these buildings is a head-office mix — a high proportion of laptops, executive machines, meeting-room and AV equipment, and a long tail of legacy devices nobody has claimed.
The operational challenge here is access, not volume. Most of these towers have a single service lift, a booked loading bay, a security-desk material-outward process, and a building management team that wants notice. A pickup that ignores any of those turns into a wasted trip and a rescheduled job.
We plan around that: service-lift booking, loading-bay slot and material outward gate pass are confirmed before the vehicle is dispatched. It sounds like a small thing. In practice it is the difference between one clean visit and three attempts.
IT Heads, Admin and Facilities Managers, and Compliance Officers at organisations of roughly 200 employees and up — the people who own the question “where did those devices go?”
Head-office IT estates with a high laptop ratio and executive devices holding sensitive commercial data.
Agencies and production houses with heavy workstation, storage and AV turnover.
Client-confidentiality obligations and formal destruction requirements written into engagement contracts.
Most Lower Parel & Worli organisations are not choosing between two vendors. They are choosing between a transaction and a process.
| What you get | Informal scrap sale | Documented ITAD with PrivAce |
|---|---|---|
| Record of what left the building | Usually none | Documented handover and manifest |
| Where the equipment ends up | Untracked after handover | MPCB-authorized recycler, named on the paperwork |
| Data on media-bearing devices | Buyer’s discretion | Wiped or physically destroyed first |
| Proof after processing | Nothing on file | Certificate of Destruction |
| Non-working equipment | Often refused or left behind | Collected on the same terms |
| What an auditor sees | A gap in the disposal control | A dated document trail |
This compares process, not operators. Plenty of authorized recyclers do careful work — the difference that matters is whether the disposal leaves a record you can produce twelve months later.
The same six steps run whether you are retiring five units or five hundred. See the full process in detail, or read what an auditor actually looks for on our page for compliance teams.

Yes. Monitors, projectors, conferencing units, docking stations, cables and peripherals are collected alongside the main IT. Anything holding storage media goes through the same destruction process.
The process is the same, but the risk profile is higher — executive laptops typically hold the most commercially sensitive data on the estate. Flag them at assessment and we will document them specifically.
Typically within 24–48 hours of a confirmed device list, subject to the building's loading-bay availability.
Yes. Dadar East and West, Parel, Sewri, Byculla, Wadala and Matunga are all within the same collection area.
