Jamal Khan has spent over 25 years running businesses in Mumbai — plastics recycling and trading, mobile-phone retail, and a two-wheeler showroom. Different products, one skill built over and over: knowing what something is actually worth, and dealing with people honestly enough that they keep coming back.
As IT and electronics became a bigger part of every business, the same skill found a new use. No, and we are explicit about that. PrivAce is the client-facing collection and coordination partner. Processing, data destruction and certification are carried out by Green Life E Waste Recycling Pvt Ltd, our MPCB-authorized, ISO-certified processing partner.
PrivAce Technologies is the ITAD-focused arm built on a much longer operating history in Mumbai trading and recycling. The partnership with Green Life gives us access to an established, authorized processing facility rather than a new one.
It means the equipment we collect goes to a facility that holds current MPCB authorization and ISO 27001, 9001, 14001 and 45001 certification, rather than to an unverified third party. You can view those certificates on our certifications page.
