Once data is destroyed and any recoverable value is accounted for, everything else is processed at our parent company’s MPCB-authorised recycling facility. Nothing ends up informally dismantled or dumped.

Every engagement starts with a scheduled, on-site collection, not a loosely coordinated pickup taken on trust. Devices are counted and signed for before they leave your premises, then moved under a Form 6 manifest to our parent company's MPCB-authorised facility, with each handover documented.

You send photos and a rough list of the equipment. We visit to inspect it and survey the site, free of charge, whether you are a company or an individual. A written quotation follows within 1 to 2 working days of the inspection, and small lots are often priced on the spot.
Before. Once the price is agreed, the amount is credited to your account first. Pickup happens after the payment reaches you, so you never hand over equipment on a promise.
Within 1 to 3 working days of the agreed price, anywhere in India. The Form 6 e-waste manifest is signed at your premises before the vehicle leaves.
Data destruction certificates are issued the same day when the work is done at your premises, and within 2 working days when it is done at the facility. The Certificate of E-Waste Recycling follows within 7 working days of pickup.
