Server Room Decommissioning in Pune.
Racks, servers, storage, switches and UPS strings cleared from Pune offices and IT parks, with the data destroyed before anything moves.
PrivAce Technologies decommissions server rooms across Pune, including Hinjewadi, Kharadi, Magarpatta, Baner and Talawade: inventory, shutdown plan, onsite destruction of every drive witnessed by your team, removal of racks and power equipment, and the documents for your file. Pickup is free.
Servers, storage arrays and network gear with resale value are bought, and paid for before pickup.
Five stages, one team.
- Inventory and shutdown plan. We list every rack, server, array, switch and UPS, and agree the shutdown order with your team.
- Drives first. Drives are pulled and counted at the rack. Certified wiping for drives that will be reused, with an erasure report each; shredding for the rest, witnessed by your team.
- Equipment out. Servers, arrays, switches, firewalls, racks, PDUs and cabling, packed and moved within the building’s access rules.
- Power equipment. UPS units and battery strings are handled under the Battery Waste Management Rules, 2022.
- Documents. Form 6 at the door, erasure reports and the Certificate of Destruction, then the Certificate of E-Waste Recycling within 7 working days.
