E-Waste Collection Drives for Housing Societies.
One day for the whole building or complex. We bring the team, handle the data on phones and laptops, and give the society a recycling certificate. Free in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune.
A housing society e-waste drive is a single day when residents bring old electronics to one spot in the complex and an authorised recycler collects everything. PrivAce Technologies plans it with the committee, provides a notice for residents, keeps phones and laptops apart to destroy their data, and gives the society a Certificate of E-Waste Recycling for the total collected.
Five steps for the committee.
- The committee picks a date, a two to three hour window and a spot near the gate.
- Circulate the notice below on the society group and notice board.
- Our team arrives, sets up and accepts items from residents.
- Phones and laptops are kept apart and their data wiped or destroyed later.
- The society receives its Certificate of E-Waste Recycling.

A notice you can copy and send.

It helps. Most societies approve it at a committee meeting and circulate the notice through the society WhatsApp group and notice board.

Tell us when you plan the date. Fridges, washing machines and air conditioners need separate handling and a list in advance.
Yes. The society receives a Certificate of E-Waste Recycling for the total quantity collected.
Yes, if the data is dealt with. Sign out of accounts, remove SIM and memory cards, and hand it in. We wipe or destroy the storage before anything else happens.
Yes, for societies anywhere in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Pune. Elsewhere in India we quote logistics when we plan the date.
Items with resale value, such as a working laptop, can be assessed for their owner. Most drive items are recycled rather than bought.
